The Italian Competition Authority cleared a transaction between Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A. and Servizi Associati S.p.A. in the markets for (i) the sale of fire-fighting products, (ii) facility management, fire protection and fire prevention services and (iii) provision of vocational training.
