The European Commission – DG Competition cleared an acquisition by Telefónica EF S.A. and Prosegur Compañía de Seguridad S.A. of Prosegur Alarmas España S.L.U in the markets for (i) security systems, (ii) retail supply of mobile telecommunications services (excluding M2M services), (iii) retail mobile telecommunications services includes M2M, (iv) retail supply of fixed internet access services, (v) retail supply of TV services and (vi) retail supply of multiple play services.
