The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission cleared an acquisition by IOOF Holdings Limited of MLC Wealth Management in the markets for the supply of (i) retail investment platforms for superannuation and other retirement income, and discretionary investments, (ii) corporate investment platforms for superannuation and other retirement income, (iii) financial advice and (iv) investment/asset management.
