The European Commission – DG Competition cleared an acquisition by CMA CGM S.A. of CEVA Logistics AG in the markets for (i) freight forwarding services, (ii) contract logistics services, (iii) short-sea container liner shipping services and (iv) from deep-sea container liner shipping services.
