The European Commission – DG Competition cleared a joint venture between Aktiebolaget Volvo and Daimler Truck AG in the markets for (i) the manufacture and supply of fuel cell systems and (ii) heavy-duty trucks, comprising trucks of a gross weight of over 16 tonnes.
