The Bulgarian Commission for Protection of Competition cleared a joint venture between Exsa Export Industrial Products Sales and Research Inc., PPF Beer Topholdco B.V. and Temsa Transportation Vehicles Industry and Trade Corporation in the markets for (i) city public transport; intercity coaches; and tour bus services for tourism and (ii) trolleys.
