The Hellenic Competition Commission cleared an acquisition by Adama Agriculture B.V. of Alfa Agricultural Supplies S.A. in the markets for (i) the wholesale distribution of plant protection products (PPC), seeds, grass and vegetable products and fertilisers respectively and (ii) the production and supply of  plant protection products (PPC), seeds, grass and vegetable products and fertilisers.
