The Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection cleared a transfer of assets from GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Holdings to Stada Arzneimittel AG in the markets for (i) the marketing of ATC3 – C05B category medicinal products in Poland and (ii) the marketing of ATC3 – R02A category medicinal products in Poland.
