The Icelandic Competition Authority cleared an acquisition by Vinnslustöðin hf. of Útgerðarfélagið Ós ehf. and Leo Seafood ehf. in the markets for (i) the fishing of groundfish, (ii) the processing of groundfish, (iii) the sale of groundfish on the fish market, and (iv) the direct export of groundfish.
