The Icelandic Competition Authority cleared an acquisition by Kaupfélag Skagfjörður svf. and Hái klett ehf. of Gleðipinnar hf. in the markets for (i) restaurants and fast food restaurants, (ii) ready-made cold sauces, (iii) the processing and sale of fresh meat products, and (iv) the processing and sale of processed meat products.
