The Icelandic Competition Authority cleared an acquisition by Hampiðjan hf. of Holding Cage I AS in the markets for (i) the sale of bait, fishing equipment and accessories for line fishing, (ii) the sale and service of fishing gear for trawling, (iii) the sale and service of fishing gear for seine fishing and (iv) the sale and service of sea pens.
