The National Economic Prosecutor’s Office cleared an acquisition by Grupo Axo, S.A.P.I. de C.V. and Axo Chile Inversora SpA of Komax S.A. in the markets for (i) the sale of women’s underwear, pyjamas and lingerie at wholesale and retail level and (ii) the sale of women’s accessories, such as handbags and purses, at wholesale and retail level.
