The Czech Office for the Protection of Competition cleared an acquisition by Global Repair Centres, s.r.o. of FRANCE CAR, s.r.o., Color Car, s.r.o. and Hyundai Hradec s.r.o. in the markets for (i) the retail sale of new passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, (ii) the retail sale of used passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, (iii) the retail sale of automotive spare parts, (iv) the wholesale of automotive spare parts, and (v) the provision of vehicle repair and maintenance services.
