The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission cleared an acquisition by Endeavour Group Limited of Beachfront Hotel in the markets for (i) the retail sale of packaged liquor for off-site consumption, (ii) the retail supply of products and services available at hotels and hospitality venues (including entertainment, gaming, and liquor for on-site consumption) and (iii) the wholesale supply of liquor.
