The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission cleared with conditions an acquisition by Endeavour Group Limited of Beach Hotel, Crown Inn, Tower Hotel and Whitehorse Inn in the markets for (i) the retail supply of packaged liquor for off-sites consumption and (ii) the supply of products and services available at hotels and hospitality venues – including liquor for on-site consumption, entertainment and gaming.
