The European Commission – DG Competition cleared a joint venture between BNP Paribas SA and Caceis SA in the markets for (i) the provision of CTS to listed companies, (ii) the provision of CTS for investor shareholding to listed companies and (iii) the provision of CTS for direct employee shareholding to listed companies.
