The Competition Commission of India cleared with conditions an acquisition by AGI Greenpac Limited of Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited in the markets for (i) the manufacture and supply of container glass packaging products to the manufacturers of alco-beverage, (ii) the manufacture and supply of container glass packaging products to the manufacturers of cosmetics and perfumery and, (iii) the manufacture and supply of container glass packaging products to the manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and F&B.
