The Latvian Competition Council cleared an acquisition by Tia SIA of Telia Latvija SIA in the markets for (i) internet connection and data transmission services, (ii) leased line wholesale and retail services, (iii) voice telephony fixed electronic communications network services and (iv) IT outsourcing services.
