The Portuguese Competition Authority cleared an acquisition by Saint-Gobain Portugal, S.A. of Fibroplac – Fábrica de Placas de Gesso Laminado S.A. in the markets for (i) manufacturing and commercialisation of metal profiles and metal suspended ceilings and (ii) manufacturing and commercialisation of gypsum plasterboards.
