The UK Competition and Markets Authority cleared with conditions an acquisition by Riviera Bidco Limited of Dental Partners Group Limited in the markets for (i) the provision of NHS general dental treatments, (ii) the provision of NHS orthodontic services, (iii) the provision of NHS minor oral surgery, (iv) the provision of private general dental treatments and (v) the provision of private specialist dental treatments in each of the following areas: orthodontics; minor oral surgery; prosthodontics; periodontics; endodontics; restorative; implants; sedation; and cosmetics.
