The UK Competition and Markets Authority cleared with conditions in a Phase I investigation an acquisition by Recticel NV/SA of Carpenter Co. in the markets for (i) the supply of comfort foam, (ii) the supply of technical foam and (iii) the supply of converted comfort foam.
