The UK Competition and Markets Authority cleared with conditions an acquisition by Osmosis Buyer Limited of Firewall Holding S.à.r.l. in the markets for (i) the supply of multifunctional taps to non-residential customers, (ii) the commercialisation of bottled water coolers, (iii) the commercialisation of bottle free coolers and (iv) the manufacture of bottle free coolers.
