The Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets cleared a merger between Ondernemerscoöperatie De Sperwer U.A. and Coop Nederland U.A. in the markets for (i) sale of daily consumer goods through supermarkets, (ii) sale of daily consumer goods through hypermarkets and (iii) (i) sale of daily consumer goods through discounters.
