The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority cleared an acquisition by Norlys Tele Service A/S of Verdo Tele A/S in the markets for (i) wholesale internet access via fiber and cable TV networks, (ii) retail sales of broadband connections via fiber and cable TV networks and (iii) retail sales of TV packages.
