The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority for the Protection of Competition cleared an acquisition by K.W. Bruun Import A/S of FCA Denmark A/S in the markets for (i) wholesale of new passenger cars, (ii) wholesale of vans with a total weight of 0-2 tonnes, (iii) wholesale of vans with a total weight of 2-3.5 tonnes, (iv) wholesale of OE spare parts for each of the car brands Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Chrysler and Dodge and (v) repair and maintenance of motor vehicles segmented by car brand.
