The Italian Competition Authority cleared an acquisition by Gruppo Bossoni S.p.A. of Agricar S.p.A. in the markets for (i) the retail distribution of new and used passenger cars and commercial vehicles, (ii) the retail distribution of spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles (original and equivalent spare parts) and (iii) after-sales services for the servicing, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles.
