The Portuguese Competition Authority cleared a joint venture between DeepOcean A.S., Johannes Østensjø DY A.S. and Solstad Operations Holding A.S. in the markets for (i) remotely operated USV services and (ii) the provision of onshore remote monitoring and control services for offshore vehicles, through a remote operations center.
