The French Competition Authority cleared an acquisition by Cerba Group of Yourlab Group in the markets for (i) the sale of equipment, reagents and consumables belonging to the following five categories: clinical chemistry, immunochemistry, hematology and histology, infectious immunology and covid-19 and (ii) the provision of medical biology examinations.
