The Lithuanian Competition Authority prohibited an acquisition by AS Dobeles dzirnavnieks of AB Baltic Mill in the markets for (i) the wholesale of wheat and rye flour marked with the manufacturer’s brand intended for consumers and (ii) the wholesale of private label and rye flour intended for consumers.
