The People’s Republic of China’s State Administration for Market Regulation cleared with conditions an acquisition by Advanced Micro Devices Inc. of Xilinx Inc. in the markets for (i) the supply of datacentre central processing units, (ii) the supply of datacentre field programmable gate arrays and (iii) the supply of graphics processing unit accelerators.
