The Icelandic Competition Authority cleared an acquisition by Origo hf. of Eldhafi ehf. in the markets for (i) the sale of consumer goods, hardware and related services, (ii) the development and sale of software, (iii) consulting in the field of information technology and (iv) hosting, operation of computer systems and related services.
