The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission cleared a transfer of assets from Citigroup Pty Limited to National Australia Bank Limited in the markets for (i) the supply of credit cards, including types of credit cards (e.g. low rate, low fee, rewards), (ii) the supply of personal loans, (iii) the supply of wealth management and investment products, (iv) the supply of transaction and savings accounts and (v) the supply of home loans.
