The Italian Competition Authority cleared an acquisition by Bossoni Automobili S.p.A.| of Mandolini Auto S.p.A. in the markets for (i) the retail distribution of new and used passenger cars and commercial vehicles, (ii) the retail distribution of spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles and (iii) the retail distribution of spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles, (iv) after-sales services, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles.
