The German Bundeskartellamt cleared with conditions an acquisition by Vue Nederland B.V. of Edge Investments B.V. and Greater Union International GmbH in the markets for (i) the operation of first screening cinemas, (ii) the procurement for cinema films, (iii) cinema screen advertising, (iv) ambient advertising and (v) online advertising.
