Giulia Melotti Garibaldi is the Editorial Assistant for Caselex since March 2021, when she joined the Utrecht office to work on a project regarding the remedies and the US coverage.

Giulia holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy). During her studies, she spent two semesters at the University of Innsbruck (Austria) and a research period for her thesis at the University of Lucerne (Switzerland), where she investigated the merger between Distributed Ledger Technologies and International Arbitration. She also participated in two editions of the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot.
