The French Competition Authority cleared with conditions in a Phase II investigation an acquisition by the Elsan Group of Hexagone Santé Méditerranée and CI Bonnefon-Carnot in the markets for (i) the supply of diagnostics and hospital care, (ii) the provision, to independent doctors, of infrastructure which is necessary for the exercise of their activity, (iii) cosmetic surgery and (iv) after-care and rehabilitation.
